About the Identity Verification Settings

The Identity Verification settings control many aspects of your integrations with Jumio services and integration channels. Typically, these settings are determined by you and a Jumio Solution Engineer, and the initial settings are entered by Jumio administrators as part of the customer onboarding process. You can view the settings in the Portal. In some cases you can directly edit the settings in the Portal page. For other settings you need to contact Jumio Support to request changes.
